This house has amazing potential!  It’s almost impossible to loose on this one, the location, size and condition are all ideal, the problem is the price and that it apparently needs to be a cash deal becasue you can’t get a loan. It’s 5000 sq foot at priced at 479,900. thats 92 bucks a sq foot in Movie Colony.  That is insane!
